Anger Management (Gaining Control of Ourselves)

Course No. HC1001
A twenty hour training program delivered in 13 weeks for Adolescents and adults. The Anger Management series is taught in a unique and engaging manner where the goal is to have participants apply the principles of the course and give feedback on its results during the 13 week session.
During the Anger Management training participants are introduced to key concepts:

Gain Better Control and Understand Ourselves
Stress Management
Importance of Emotions
Communication
Role Modeling
